Reporting
See what changed each month
You should be able to understand what your marketing company did and whether the work is producing useful results. We record a baseline before work begins and compare each monthly report with it.
The starting baseline
Before making changes, we record your rankings for important searches across the areas you serve, your review count and recent review activity, competitor information, the condition of your business listings, and your website's current performance. That baseline gives us a consistent point of comparison for future reports.
What the monthly report includes
- Phone calls and quote requests tracked through the website.
- Search visibility across your service area, shown alongside previous results so changes are easy to identify.
- Your review activity and relevant competitor review activity for context.
- A summary of the work completed that month, any problems we found, and the next priorities.
What the report is designed to avoid
We do not use a large volume of secondary metrics to make an unproductive month look successful. When results are flat or decline, the report should show that clearly and explain what we believe needs to change.
