How we determine pricing

Marketing needs vary considerably by business and market. A specialty contractor serving one town may need a smaller project than a plumbing company competing across several counties. We price the work after reviewing what your business already has, where the problems are, and which improvements are likely to matter most.

How the process works

  • The initial audit is free. You see what we found in your market before deciding whether to pay for additional work.
  • We identify basic corrections first. Some problems, such as incomplete profile information or inaccurate listings, may be simple enough for you to address without hiring us.
  • We then provide a written quote for the work we recommend, listed in order of expected impact. The scope is based on your audit rather than a standard package.
  • Ongoing work is billed at a flat monthly rate agreed to in advance, with the included services described in writing.

What affects the price

The main factors are the level of competition, the size of your service area, the condition of your current website and listings, and how much new work needs to be created. A business with a useful website and one primary market will generally require less work than a business starting from scratch across several markets.

How the work is evaluated

Every ongoing engagement includes a monthly report comparing current results with the baseline recorded before work began. The report shows whether visibility, calls, quote requests, and reviews are moving in the right direction and explains what we plan to do next.
